Inviting team members to Lumi

Add your team to Lumi so they can more easily collaborate with you on opportunities, quotes, orders, and messages.

How to invite your team to Lumi

To add a user follow the steps below:

  1. Login to Lumi, click on your avatar in the top right, then click Settings.
  2. Go to the Users tab.
  3. Click Invite user, then input your team member’s information.
  4. Your new user will get an email, inviting them to join Lumi. When they click to accept their invitation, they’ll be prompted to create a password.

If you need to resend the invitation email or revoke access, you can also do that in User Settings.
