If your country is not covered by Stripe's service, then you will be paid in Lumi using Payoneer. Payoneer supports accounts based in 200 countries including China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Russia, and Turkey.
Lumi uses Payoneer to securely send funds from customers directly to your bank account. Setting up a Payoneer account is free and should only take 5-10 minutes, but you'll want to have a few pieces of information handy before you get started:
After logging in to Lumi, hover over or click on your avatar in the top right, then click Settings.
Click to the Payments tab, then click the button to Set up Payoneer, and you'll be taken to the Stripe Payoneer.
If your company already has a Payoneer account that you'd like to use for receiving payments from Lumi orders, you can login with that information by clicking Already have a Payoneer account? in the top right. Otherwise, you'll need to create a new Payoneer account.
Getting started: You will first choose Company, then enter your company details, including the information of an Authorized Representative.
Contact details: Including a physical address and phone number to a mobile or landline
Security details: This is where you set up your password, security question, and Employee Identification number which you should find on your tax documents.
Banking details: Finally, you'll enter the name of the bank in addition to the routing and account numbers of the account where you'd like you're payments deposited.
In Payoneer, an authorized representative is someone who has the authority to handle this account on behalf of the company. Their email address will be used to access your account and send you communications.
